I am delighted to have received a grant from the Goethe-Institut for a research project in which I will analyse the iconography of Saint Birgitta. The project involves working with special collections of manuscripts and rare books held in museums, libraries and church archives, and collaborating with researchers from Lund, Stockholm, Uppsala, Tensta, and Strängnäs in Sweden.
